Chris Christensen: 30 year's experience as a senior manager in the intelligence data fusion, space communications, large systems integration, and high technology component manufacturing industries. Chris started CAI in 1991 to provide counsel and advice to managers of projects and organizaztions in industry and government. He holds a BS in Physics, an MS in Systems Engineering, and an MBA. He is a Certified Management Consultant, a Certified Quality Engineer, a Certified Quality Manager, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and a certified Project Management Professional.
Toni Christensen is a "back room researcher" with emphasis on collecting information that supports future projections, strategic planning, marketing decisions, and competitive intelligence. After a career in sales and education, she brought her research skills to developing a detailed understanding of future events and assessing the current and future capabilities of government and industrial organizations throughout the world. She also assesses the effectiveness of consulting, coaching, and training engagements perfromed by Christensen Associates and other providers.
